PURCHASE

Classroom & Admin Furniture

Executive Officer Anne McGrath of Westland High School answers a few questions about why the school decided to shop with class*

What made Westland High School decide to purchase from class*?

Our first big purchase was fitting out our refurbished homeroom hubs.  Money was an issue so price was a big factor. The class* rep, Brent, made a point of creating a relationship with the school staff concerned and that relationship has continued to grow.  From there, we’ve used class* to furnish our new staffroom and we’ve committed to using them for the hall and admin block currently under construction.

What did you want from the new furniture and how does it meet those expectations?

The pricing was good so I was prepared for the quality to not be as good as we’d hoped for! But we’re into the second year of the homeroom now and everyone is still happy with it!

How has having the new furniture impacted on students learning-wise (i.e. they fidget less, interact with each other more, interact with the teacher more)?

The homeroom hubs were fitted out to include something to suit everyone – so standing desks, wobbly stools, tables and chairs, soft seating.  A much better fit for the students than your standard desks and chairs.

Was there one thing that really made class* stand out?

Our relationship with the rep, Brent Atkins, and his team back at the office.  They are so helpful.

For over 25 years, class* has worked with schools around New Zealand (and further afield), helping them make the right choices for their particular needs. Our reps work with you to get the result your school is after, while our friendly and efficient behind the scenes team will keep you in the loop regarding delivery and timings.

Give us a call today and try the class* difference for yourself.
